Thanksgiving!

This year for Thanksgiving we stayed home and had our neighbors from Taiwan over for their first American Thanksgiving experience! It was a lot of fun! We had our regular Thanksgiving stuff and they brought food that they eat for holidays in their country! First time I've ever tried sushi or avocado!

After we ate we played a couple of minute to win it games and we went outside. It was 60 degrees and sunny that day! Here are a few pictures from the day!

We have so much to be thankful for! It was nice to have a day full of good food, good friends, and fun! Hopefully everyone else had a great day too!!!

Porter Turns 3!!!

It was really weird trick or treating the night before his birthday! That will probably be the first and last time that will happen! After we got in from trick or treating I had to go grocery shopping. I still hadn't made a cake so I cheated and just bought one!

Porter has been into the Lorax movie so he got it for his birthday present. We also got him the book to go with it. He was super excited! He can repeat several lines in the movie and will randomly start resiting them!

We love Porter! There is never a dull moment when he is around! He likes cars, Dora, playing outside, playing with his brothers, and bugging his baby sister!

Halloween

Halloween was really drawn out this year!!! We had a school party for Cole that I helped at. Then we had a hurricane that postponed trick or treating until November. We also went to Dave's work to do trick or treating around his office. That was a lot of fun because they even made dinners for the kids so I didn't have to feed them when we came home!

Trick or Treating!

Trick or treating was postponed until November 3rd this year. There was a hurricane hitting and they decided to move it while people still had power to do so. Other than a lot of rain and wind I don't think it hit as hard as people expected it too! The kids got a day off of school for it and they kept calling telling us to be prepared!

By the time we were done, each of the boys had two full pumpkins of candy! I'm so glad it's gone!!!
