Today's Appointment.

I have one appointment left if Raegen doesn't come in the next week! Today I was 3 cm, 75% effaced, and they can feel her head! I know, too much info, but it's exciting info! The doctor said they will for sure start me next week if I haven't had her yet, but they think I will go on my own in the next week. The boys held out on me even that far along so I don't have many hopes of going into labor on my own. That's probably a good thing considering that it takes 40 minutes without traffic to get to the hospital. I really worry about the middle of the night because  there are a lot of roads closed due to night construction. Having had a baby 40 minutes start to finish it's a little nerve racking that it takes that long under good circumstances to get to the hospital! Maybe I don't want her to come before I can get induced! At least then I'll for sure make it to the hospital and have things done smoothly and not crazy!!! Either way, we'll be holding our little girl soon! The doctor thought it was funny when she was listening to the heartbeat today and Porter said, " baby come out!" He then talked about wanting to hold her, but he knows she has to come out first!!!

My First Attempt at Hair Bows!

I found a cute dress for Raegen for the 4th of July and decided to make a hair bow to match it! Then I decided that two of my sisters would be at my parents also so I would make one for each of their girls also. I ended up making five all together and these are what they look like!

These are the ones for my sister's girls!

This is Raegen's!

This is Raegen's cute dress and bow. The reds matched in the store, but in other light they aren't the same. I'm a little bummed, but I don't want to buy more ribbon and stuff to make a different one. Hopefully they won't look bad when they aren't right next to each other!

I love going to my parents for the 4th! We have so much fun at the lake and I haven't been home with a baby before. It will be the first time that one of my kids won't be more than a year old before I make it home once! I bought Raegen a swimsuit, a sun hat, and a matching towel so she'll be all set!

A Shower for Raegen!

A few ladies from my ward at church insisted that I have a baby shower. I still feel bad that people went to the trouble when I already have kids, but they said I had to have one because it's our first girl! My mom and dad stopped into town on their way home from my sisters so that my mom could come too. All together there were close to 20 people there. It was a fun night and the baby and I were completely spoiled! The way I put it was that Raegen will not be naked, cold, or diaper-less for a LONG time!

This is one of the dresses she got!

Some hair bows!

The cute decorations!

They also had a lot of cute and yummy food there! It was a fun night and I'm grateful to those who made it possible and those who came to share in the excitement!

Art Night at School.

A few weeks ago Cole came home from school and asked if we would go that night to the Art night at school. I don't know why I totally missed that it was coming up, but I did. I jumped in the shower and hurried to get ready so we could go check it out. The boys both had art displayed throughout the school and these are a few of their creations!

These are Braxton's.

 These are Cole's.

This is a dragon one of the teachers made. The boys thought it was cool!
